Although we have spent countless hours crafting a custom date picking solution that ensures that your BroBasket will get to your recipient on the day that your requested, there can be delays on rare occasions due to circumstances outside of Brobasket’s control.

*Although we will always ship your order in time for the date requested , our carriers continue to experience delays from time to time due to the delays from the pandemic or unforeseeable issues such as bad weather. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee that your package will arrive on the exact date selected or provide refunds due to late arrivals. Although it is rare for delays to occur, we unfortunately have no control over this despite us ensuring that your gift leaves our warehouse on time.
