How can I check on the status of my order?
If you have not received any emails from us since your initial confirmation email it means your package has not shipped yet.
Unless you picked a delivery date more than 4 days away, your order will most likely be shipped out the day you placed the order (once you placed it before 3pm PST). If you've picked a date in advance, we hold the package and ship it so that it will reach on the date you selected.

Types of Tracking Emails:
When your order is shipped you will get confirmation emails. If your order is shipping to CA, AZ or NV, you may only receive one email with tracking information at the bottom. Use the tracking number on GSO.com.
If it is shipping to a different state, in addition to the "your order has shipped" email, you will also get a "fancy" tracking email that allows you to see the progress of your shipment on a map of the US.
