What happens if no one is there to sign?

If nobody is available to sign, a door tag will be left and 2 additional attempts may be made over the following 2 business days, OR the gift would be brought to a local hub for convenience pickup.

Tracking would show any if any issues occur.

If it is sent back to us after all unsuccessful attempts and the 5 day period, we will refund you minus shipping charges and associated fees. See our Terms and Conditions for more details
